RentUs operates an online marketplace that connects people wishing to rent cars, boats and transfer services in Mallorca with independent third-party operators. RentUs acts solely as an intermediary; the rental contract is concluded directly between the renter and the operator. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

The RentUs name, brand, logo, design, software and content are owned by CONNECTIVE S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Content submitted by operators (photos, descriptions) remains theirs. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any part of the site without authorisation.

RentUs is an intermediary and is not responsible for the condition, safety, legality or performance of any listed vehicle, vessel or service, nor for the acts or omissions of operators or renters. Liability is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, without prejudice to consumers' mandatory statutory rights. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
